Another New Year and another chance to read some great poetry on the Poetry Corner. This month's theme is 'Shadows of the Soul', and I have ten great poems waiting for you to peruse.

Also, my poem 'Echoes of Eternity' has been included in the Winter 2010 issue of 'The Poem Factory'. You can find that at Salvatore Buttaci's website http://sambpoet.webs.com/, so be sure to check that out, and look over Sal's website while you are there. Mr. Buttaci is a great poet and has been featured on the 'Poetry Corner' many a time, it is an honour for me to have one of my works included on his website.

Again I have fallen behind on updating the site, especially this page, but the Poetry Corner is back up and has been since October. I hope everyone has been by to read the great poetry I had posted in the past two months, and again this month I have chosen ten great poems by ten superb poets. This month's theme is 'Love Conquers All', so check it out.

Also, I have already done two of the three book signings I had mentioned in my previous update, so the next and last book signing for this year will be Saturday, December 12 at Hastings in Joplin, MO, from 1:00 to 3:00. If you're wanting an autographed copy of my book this may be your last chance this year to get a copy, so be sure to attend.

The website has undergone a few changes and most of the pages have a whole new look. Feel free to sign my Guestbook and let me know what you think of the new set up.

Also, a new poetry contest will be up at Writer's Cafe` for September, so if you are interested in having your poetry featured on the Poetry Corner page, please enter my contest.

And last, but not least, I am planning on a few book signings starting in October and going through December, for the holidays. I'll post more on that as it develops.

There will be no new poetry on the Poetry Corner page for June while updates to the site are being made. Aside from being extremely busy with my writing, I have some new ideas for the site I would like to work on. The Poetry Corner should be back up in July or August, pending on how long it takes me to make the changes I want to the site.

Also, June has two scheduled book signings for me. First is Saturday, June 6. I will be at the Hastings on Range Line in Joplin, MO from noon to 5. The second book signing is Saturday, June 20 at the Hastings on Broadway in Pittsburg, KS from 1-3. I hope to see some of my fans there.

I've fallen a little behind on 'Updates to the Site' section this month, but wanted to let you know that the Poetry Corner has been updated for February, so check out all the great poetry it has to offer. This month's theme is 'Sins of the Heart', just in time for Valentine's Day, and again I have selected the works of ten talented writers. Anyways, enjoy.

There have been a few updates to the site that I wanted to let you know about. First the Sound page is back up, and I am hoping it works out better this time. Let me know if you encounter any problems with it. Aside from that, I now have a Guestbook, so feel free to sign that, and a reviews page for SoD.

The Sound page is temporarily down due to difficulties I am experiencing with it. I am hoping to have it back up soon.

Updates have been made to the Media section, and now you can hear some of the music I have written. The Sound page in the media section includes 'Bitter Suite', which is the song that is played on the homepage...I suppose that would be this page...and the '97 demo to 'Black Diamonds', so feel free to check out those two songs. I am hoping to add more later.

Also, the Poetry Corner has been updated for January, so check out all the great poetry it has to offer. This month's theme is 'Legends and Forgotten Lore', and again I have selected the works of ten talented writers who can weave masterful and entertaining poetry. The Media page is finally up, and I plan to add more to it soon. Right now you can find a few wallpapers to adorn your computer background, and a couple banners to add to your links page, so be sure to check it out.

Also, though not exactly an update to the site, the Titus McGuire author profile at MySpace has launched. Feel free to add me to your friends list and read my blogs as they become available on MySpace.com.

The wait is over, 'Sanctuary of Darkness' has finally been released. Copies are now available through many online stores such as Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and AuthorHouse. Be sure to order your copy soon.

The Latest News page is finally up, so you will be able to find updates on what is happening with SoD, myself, and other projects I am working on, there. I will also keep you up to date on any touring or other information that I find to be important to you, my readers and fans.

Many of the pages are finally up and running, so feel free to look them over. Comments are always welcome, so feel free to email me, my email address is at the bottom of the page. Also, an excerpt from Sanctuary of Darkness is finally up to read as well in the Books section.

The website has finally launched, though there is still so much to be done. We'll be updating the site as quickly as we can, and hopefully soon some of the pages will be up and running.
